Was George a bad person? He stole the aliens knowledge of PSI and brought it to Earth. And he left his wife Maria when he ran back to Earth and never saw her again.

I think you have the wrong board.

>Earthbound isn't a video game?
>>3645446
I think you're on the wrong board if you don't know the plot of mother 1.
>>3645443
I think Maria was dead when he left. That's why her conciseness was Mary and it disappeared late game.
I have no idea what game You're even talking about.
WHAT GAME ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT
>>3645537
Some shitty RPG on the NES that was so bad it didn't even come out in North America even though it was practically fully translated already and it gets hipster brownie points because its a Nintendo game and thr story is written by some normalfag hack writer from Japan.
>>3645457
I never played.
>>3645443
It was for the greater good
psychic powers > bitches n hoes

They are you chode.
>>3646403
What? Have you played the games?
Does Mother 1 require any grinding? It's the only one of the trilogy I haven't played.
Doesn't some version have an easy ring or something? How much does that help?

The fan translated Mother 1 on GBA has the Easy Ring. Cuts encounter rate in half, doubles money and exp gains.

thats a lotta talk for a towel

The last area is hard, we are talking like hardest in RPG history. If you don't run, you WILL die.

The enemies in the final area are weak to paralysis. If you paralyze them, you can spam Magnet to recover PP (this is particularly good against the Brain Jar things). Because of this, you never have to worry about PP, so you can use all the skills you want in every battle. Particularly, you should be faster than the enemy by this point in the game, so if you set up buffs at the start of every fight you'll pretty much be able to walk right through without a lot of trouble. You also level up really fast in there, so that's good too: by the time you're up against Giegue you'll definitely have the strongest LifeUp skill, which is all you really need to win the fight.
Honestly, the only time I needed to grind in this game was toward the beginning and whenever I needed money to gear up a new party member.
>>3647589
Oh, also stock up on Flamethrowers for Loid before you go in there, it changes him into a killing machine.
>>3647589
Didn't they not test the end of the game?
>>3647628
They didn't balance it, but that doesn't mean it's not possible to clear it with smart play. It can definitely be hellish if you go in unprepared and refuse to do anything but mash attack, but with a little experimentation it's pretty easy to solve. Honestly the hardest part is navigating it.

>Does Mother 1 require any grinding?
It is almost exclusively grinding.
