The 3DS classic version of Twin Bee has adjustable turbo, it gets really crazy on max.

That's the worst, when it gives you carpal tunnel to play without turbo but it's retardedly easy with turbo.

And then with the M2 version of Fantasy Zone 2, the game itself doesn't have turbo but the emulator that was also made by M2 does have turbo so I'm getting mixed signals

You can adjust the turbo though. It has like 5 different turbo speeds.
Haven't played Fantasy Zone on 3DS yet.
