Quick question regarding those infamous Majesco re-releases.
I got a bunch of Snes games for cheap, pic related are the boards and from what ive read on th3 int3rn3tz, Majesco re-releases which were produced in Mexico, do not use "official" Nintendo PCB's, and these six all have the Nintendo logo and the year printed which actually matches the year in which those games were released.
can anyone confirm? games are buster boost loose, chavez, lock on, wrestlemania, super scope 6 and nba live 95.

With those titles, it literally doesn't even matter. Those are all worthless. They are legit though, yes.

Nobody is going to bother reproing common 10 dollar games, so I wouldn't worry about it in your case.
I have a Majesco Contra Hard Corps for Genesis that practically looks like a bootleg. It has a different colored pcb and everything. However that was totally normal for late release Genesis games. The Majesco re-releases came in shitty cardboard boxes with b&w manuals. Still works just fine despite the lower build quality, however.
Why do you care so much about if they're "fake" or not? It's just video games.
Neat. I never knew Majesco releases had different PCBs. I knew they cheaped out on everything else like low quality stickers and black and white manuals. It makes since that they would use fewer components too.
