One, nothing's on the bottom, I don't get what you mean. Also it's not taped on, but it's in a pocket fashioned out of duct tape. Originally it WAS velcro'd on, but the thing is the weight of the drive combined with the heat from the wii would cause the glue to fail, and the velcro was ruined within two months or so.

None said anything about tying up your PC with GC and Wii games. This is a retro board and your post states that you are using it for retro games. The Wii will have more lag when hooked up to an LCD screen than a PC outputting the proper video resolution.

For now, any retro games I play are either going to be on the Shield Portable or Tablet depend on the game itself. Both work fine and more retro games play well on them for now.

I mostly just emulate everything on my HTPC nowadays. I am looking to build some sort of machine that can output 15khz video to play emulated games on a CRT but I'm not really in a rush to do that.

i have a modded wii but i rarely used it for emulation cause i hate having to use the classic controller with the wii mote flopping around in my lap suckin down batterys. So i just use stand alone emulators on the computer until i get a raspberry pi or a nes classic.
