i know game boy games are still ridiculously overpriced considering their commonality but why haven't game boy games been AS affected by the retro game fad like home console games? A game like super mario bros will set you back around $30-35 if you're retarded enough to buy off ebay but super mario land will "only" set you back $10-15

Look at sold ebay listings. I don't know what they go for, but goddamn that sounds like a lot to pay for a GB, even if it is complete. I know I still have a GB box with a ML2 pack-in sticker on it from back when it was current.
