If you mean actual difficulty, that's harder to say. I never got to them, but I heard the later guys could pull off some major bullshit(typical of arcades, of course).

I can't get past Glass Joe in the arcade version and think he's a piece of cake in the console games, so yeah.

I beat the first three guys by mashing the punch button although i couldnt kill the 4th guy so maybe it is harder
