I own the cart in the OP and I'm tempted to get that since it has games the other cart doesn't and that I don't own. Seems to have more bad games on it than the 150-in-1 however, and the lack of both DuckTales games is disappointing since those are never included in multicarts.

There are more PAL versions than that, while ago I made google doc listing all games and what region they're from:

There's actually 4 or 5 relatively regular generals, and I do tend to spend most of my time in one of them, /crt/. It's useful for the hardware threads outside of that for keeping track of lengthy posts on the archive that I may want to copypasta later.
