I dunno the games in the 1880s weren't very fun. When voyagers came back from Asian in the 1890s they brought back some pretty nifty games.

Wrong generation? Oh sorry. While I did like the games Segtendo produced in the 2080s, Half-Life episode 2.99 was released in Janubrary 2090 making it a 90s game.

No. That'd exclude the initial Mario Mania years (when only the original SMB was on the market in the US) and include a few years of the early 3D era when Nintendo was already dethroned by Sonys mcdonaldization of video gaming. 1985-1995 is perfect tbqh.

80s was the best when you consider how fun it was going to an actual arcade in their heyday, something which was impossible during any other decade.

In terms of how the GAMES, and the games ONLY, have aged, there are definitely more games still worth playing from the 90s than any other decade.

by 1989 developers were making superious nes graphics and sound, snes was coming out, genesis was running wild. CD games were the VR of today. Gaming went from "for kids" to ages 12-18. arcades got their groove back.
