Is Jungle Strike one of the most based games in existence?

I really had a craving for the series lately and after having some real fun with Desert Strike I thought that Jungle would be even better, but amount of disapointment hit me really hard.

Jungle late game is really kinda poorly balanced, F117 level is a total mess.
Urban also has it's lows but is a bit more consistant across the whole game. And that intro is freaking great.
Desert while having some flaws and being a bit short is still the most solid Strike game, and it has a rockin soundtrack. For the first game in the serie it still holds its own.

Soviet and Nuclear Strike were fun.

I really don't feel any balance, really want to drop it now, reaching level 6, every level just puts another cannon enemy with even more range, damage and armor, last time when Abrams made a 180 turn instantly I shouted at that bullshit. Both hovercraft and motorcycle were complete shit, also maybe it's because enemies move faster, but aiming against moving units seems to be awful as hell, when compared to Desert.
