That's not even that bad.
You ever have a game cartridge or console just disgust you? I cleaned one nes that had a funky odor to it and when I went to take it apart there were literally thousands. Thousands. Of dead bugs inside of it. Smelled like Satan urinated in my face. And even then it wasn't the most disgusting /vr/ related thing I ever seen.

I love cleaning off /vr/ hardware. I find it cathartic for some reason. I once spent a whole weekend disassembling, cleaning and refurbishing basically all of my stuff. Felt good to finally strip all the gunk that had been accumulating since my childhood.
I'm always vigilant about cleaning any used stuff I buy, too. Never know what people have done with it.
