I bought a JP Sega Saturn but it doesn't come with any cables, Now what I am wondering is: Could I use an American Nema cable or do I have to get one of those Japanese cables that look very similar? I have a voltage converter that converts to European current.
Both JP and US Saturn use 110v, not sure how's in Europe. I'm from Latin America and I use a 220v converter.

I know, but what I'm wondering is if the cable going to the converter would make any difference?
Somebody has too know

The PSU is internal, cable makes no difference.

So a NEMA cable to my voltage converter is okay?

That is what it means, yes.

What are you going to do about 60hz though? I'm pretty sure PAL/NTSC is set by the system itself and not the software in saturn's case.

Pretty much all euro pal crts made in the 90's and later accept ntsc 60hz. Well maybe not the low end ones of the time but still....

Even if it were a problem, I don't know how similar the NTSC motherboards are to PAL motherboards but...
The PAL Saturn motherboards, particularly the early models, have possibly the easiest 60hz soldering mod in the world. You don't even have to open the fucking console to do it, if that can be believed. It's that easy.
