How would you include a Native American without giving them "native american" flavor? A person with no immediate eyecatching features to differentiate them? What's the point? In fighting games, characters need immediate appeal to differentiate them from the rest of the roster. You look at any of these and go "OH! It's a native American". Remove that stuff and it's "oh, another generic white-ish guy".
