Is this the best arcade stick right out of the box on the market?

Need a new one for playing shmups?
Yes it's a good stick.

never understood why they don't come 2 players per board
>>3594592
Because it would cost almost twice as much to make one and most people use their own stick.

No, VLX has laggy PCB.

VLX used to be god tier until they shat the bed with the PCB and put in their own stick/buttons. I can't stand the hayabusa stick.
i love the hayabusa stick. its the best thing to come out of japan in the last 20 years. Better than seimitsu LS 32 and way better than sanwa JLF TP. The hori buttons are pretty bad though and easily replaced. In general hori pcb's do not lag. Madcatz is the king of lag and hefty pricetags though. Hori, hori uber alles.

Damn, are they still using Kuro buttons on this thing? That's a dealbreaker, especially when their new Hayabusa buttons are the best Eastern-style buttons on the market.
Hayabusa stick with ls-56 levers is insanely good.

yes i don't mind the hayabusa but the kuros are pretty shitty
i rarely even use my vlx cause its so big but it is a dope stick
