what's the best all purpose candy cabinet for any kind of hardware pre-2005ish

need something with an easily rotated monitor, trisync, big screen

something where I can easily flip the screen and switch between neogeo MVS, naomi, cps2, old pcbs, etc

does anyone have a blast city?

Okay, now I'm interested. Do you put them on a rotating mount and pull a lever or something? Or is it just "easy" in that you can remove the monitor, rotate it, and put it back in without having to cut new plywood?

How long a time interval are we talking to go from horizontal to vertical or vice versa?

some have a chassis where you can rotate the screen easily. I'm unsure as to the actual mechanism however
