They were the first to get onto mainstream consoles and to get anime adaptions.
They got crippled by 2000 and never recovered, becoming less than a shadow of their former glory. Last year they died for good.

Windows with the fan patch that adds the extras from the Saturn port and restores the content cut in comparison with the PC98 original.
That's also your only choice if you want to play it translated.

There's a remake coming up but its merits are questionable and it keeps getting delayed.
