Many games were released on different platforms, some of those ports were much better than the others.
Is there somewhere a list of games and which platform is the best to play those games on?
User input is appreciated as well.
I am mainly interested in SNES/Sega, Psx/Dreamcast/PCalthough here probably PC or Dreamcast will win every single time, Console/Arcade.

i recently found out that diablo on psx with analog stick controls is much smoothier to play
i havent tried it in a desktop with overclocked psx emulator yet though

PSX for sound and textures. 64 if you like washed out polygons.

SNES for grafix and sound. MD for nothing, lol. Saturn for 2D games. x68000 and FM Towns for arcade ports, but at that point you might as well just use MAME...
About newer games, PC > Dreamcast > the rest, of course.
