Yes, it will be compatible. Like I said, your PC doesn't care what the controller looks like. As long it's connected through USB port, your PC will recognize it as a standart USB controller. This means you'll be able to use it with any emulator you want. You can even play PC games with it. Just buy the whatever controller you like. NES, SNES, Genesis, Saturn... It's your choice.
