I played almost them all. Nice Pokémon-style games, although a bit repetitive. Even with the changes they added and the new medarots the series got stale just after 2.
5 looks amazing and has a nice comfy color palette, looking almost like a GBa game, but no one liked the countryside Japan setting and the new protagonist.

Medarot 2 got a remake for the gba.
I really wanted to love the series but the gameplay gets dull within hours.
also, stone mirror was the best.
