What retro gaming console would be best for me?
I am someone who only plays video games rated E for Everyone (K-A kids to adults) in the ESRB.
I hate all RPG games.
I like games that easy and straightforward.
I like games without any strategy.
and I like racing games and sports that are realistic (Nothing Arcade)

Modded Wii might do it, could get a lot of kid-friendly, low-challenge games there both on GC/Wii and on homebrew (game boy, SNES, genesis). For realistic sports I recommend a 360 or PS3. Plenty of sports sims there.

Sounds like a NES/FC is your best bet. There's a wide enough range of games you're sure to find some you like. On consoles with much smaller libraries you might not find one.
Example of a retro racing or sports game that's realistic to give us as clue as to WTF you actually mean by that.
