Those are your examples of difficult SNES games?

I'm pretty bad at games, but even I beat Ninja Warriors on hard.

Contra 3 is hard as balls though and I would honestly say it's harder than the NES Contra games to boot.

Almost every gameplay experience on the NES was done better on the SNES. That aside though, i still love the NES.
