What's the best emulator for Palm OS? Also where to find the softwares? I am specifically searching for this RPG title called Ackeron. I'm aware there was already a remake for iOS but naturally I'm favoring the original experience.
I hope I never get this deep into retro gaming.

I had some emulator for Windows %%Mobile%%, what games can you advise?
There's only like 2 emulators, it's pretty obscure. I just used Palm OS Emulator which you can get from CNET and used the rom here http://mypalm.ru/cgi-bin/softDown.cgi?/utilit/palmos40-en-m505.zip
Before dragging and dropping the 4 files for Ackeron you need to right click and go to Settings -> Debugging and uncheck everything or it'll yell at you and not let you play the game.

You don't need an emulator for that, it got a Windows port: https://sourceforge.net/projects/spacetraderwin/

Palm software is incredibly hard to find and expensive by mobile game standards. Astraware's games got cracked, but for stuff like The Quest (a Daggerfall-like WRPG) your best bet is to seek an iOS port. http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f487/21-palmos-astraware-games-keygen-633585/

If you buy The Quest on steam, it actually comes with the classic version you can play on PC.

That is very sad but my craving for obscure games is making me interested on Palm shit.
Are the wikis in the sticky down?
This is a longshot but did anyone else have a Tapwave Zodiac? It was a Palm Device for gaming that came out a bit before the PSP. Not /vr/ but it ended up being a great emulation device for the time and it's where the emu developer John got his start (I believe). It was killed off by the PSP but I loved mine.
I was really into obscure handhelds as a 11-13 year old. I had a NGPC and an N-Gage both after they failed.

One of the millions of palms you can get for a buck at a flea market.

I had a Zire 31 that I used to play games, but not the Zodiac.
Back in 2004, paying $125 for a device that could play Game Boy games as well as music and newer games like Bookworm was a sweet deal.
