Well, KF2 seems to play a lot faster, and you don't need to complete a fetch quest in order to respawn.

That's kinda nice.

i wish they'd release these games on psn.
i enjoyed the games once i got used to moving and combat, and the atmosphere was surprisingly tops for being as old as the games are.
i ended up burning out halfway through the third one, so i guess i should give it another go

Shadow Tower is trolly as fuck. But the monsters are really cool in that game.

Just downloaded King's Quest II US on my emulator a night or two ago.
Fuck paying for used copies on ebay for inflated as fuck prices. And as far as I know these aren't on PSN either.

Any tips for a newbie like me? I've played Demon's souls if it counts for anything, came in expecting even clunkier demon's souls.

Pleasantly surprised with what I got. I grew up with the PS1 but I never had a chance to play these games.

There were some nice fanmade maps for KF2(JP)/KF(US) floating around a while back, has anyone got them? They seem to have disappeared from the internet
Why couldn't they have given the series a different name in english, googling the individual games is a nightmare
