No, Game Freak will do that themselves if it had the chance as they did the Wii U VC release of Drill Dozer (M2 only did the first year of GBA VC, NST took over after that except for Drill Dozer which Game Freak did themselves) themselves.

As for Alien Soldier, as much as I love Treasure Sonic 3 & Knuckles is a much bigger game and will sell better because of it.

I voted for Kid Chameleon. It's my favorite first party non-Sonic genesis game.
