What are /vr/ thoughts about Digimon World 1? I think the game

Surprisingly challenging. Somewhat unforgiving.

I like it but I like Jade Cocoon and Monster Rancher better

Cant get agumon to digivolve to greymon no matter what.

Seems like I gotta make him stupid cause centaurimon stat is INT, oh well

The one thing that peeves me off about this game are all the glitches. The latest one that I have come across is that I am trying to get all the game's medals, and one of them is learning all of the techniques. Well, I learned all the techniques, and guess what? No medal. Is there something else I need to do here, or is it just another bug for this game? If the latter, is there any thing I can do to still get the technique medal?

Whatever happened, I actually managed to get one, I didnt use the Brain chip I got from Palmon's fight and I made sure my INT was as low as it could be, and my Spd and Str were both ahead

I also fought alot and made sure his discipline was at 100

MetalGreymon is gonna be a pain I figure

A nice concept that is bogged down by poor design choices and rough difficulty. Still it is a good game overall, but I wouldn't call it 'flawless'.
