Funny think is thats the only pic i could find online and it was from a spanish page about le consoles. Pretty wild if i encountered it in the wild.

Literally one of the ugliest fan made custom setups I've ever seen. You could also tell it was hand made because the Dreamcast logo is painted over.

the paint job is pretty decent, but it looks like it's a custom. IF consolecolors is halfway as decent source, there where 3 resident evil dreamcasts, and only 2 of them where actually available, the other one was a promotional demo unit.
