The Genesis version is much better. Genesis' metally-sounding music is better for the game, it had more sophisticated gameplay, it's just overall better. Never really played many of the Ren & Stimpy games. The Game Gear one was fucking horrible. Same for Beavis & Butt-head. Gameboy version of anything is always the worst, though.

Both are fun, but I much preferred the SEGA version simply for the fact that it was something unique and fun.

Virtual Stupidity is pretty fun too. That game never gets any coverage. The Game Boy game wasn't that bad either.

BnB has a surprisingly good track record.

If it was a point n click clone then you wouldn't be able to attack cops on the street by farting on them.

The platforming elements made it much better IMO. It was a mix of adventure and action this way, and you do things Beavis & Butthead would do before figuring out the actual puzzles.

You couldve still had fart jokes in a pure p&c game, you just wouldnt die from the cops.

Couldve had "fart" been an action that solves some puzzles, but would cause some npcs to get pissed at you.
Fart on the cop enough, he arrests you, game over.
Fart on some hick outside the burger joint, he gets pissed and beats you up. Game over.
Fart on the receptionist at the hospital, she gets pissed and closes the window and you have to come back later.

Pretty neat how all 3 games are unique.
