Am I seriously going to need to use a different emulator? Fusion is supposed to have good SMS emulation.

Didn't know this game had FM sound. Listened to a bit on Youtube just now, sounds kind of bad. Like it was just an afterthought. Not like some games wehere the soundtrack was made for FM.

fusion seems to have poor fm for this particular game, personally i would use genesis plus gx core for retroarch
