SNK's King of the Monsters is the best, but if we're talking strictly Godzilla games, I kinda liked the one on Dreamcast. The SNES Japan-only fighting game was pretty cool, although wildly unbalanced.

I only ever played super Godzilla and it sucked balls, I beat it once and never touched it again. I mostly played the brawler games that came out a decade later.

I only played Godzilla Unleashed for PS2
not actually /vr/ by the normal rules, but the game's copyright is almost 10 years old.
