Alright so I'm looking to play some more Crimson Skies like games and Air Power for DOS came to mind.
So far I got it to run via Dosbox, but outside of the intro tune for Mindscape and the menu music there's no sound.
Has anyone managed to get this thing to run properly? If so what are your settings?

Dunno but that game looks cool as tits, so have a bump.

It feels fun, but it needs a bit of setting up with the controls and all. Too bad I can't find a chart with all the keymappings. Doesn't seem to recognize the X52 I have either as opposed to other games.
View controls are not all that great and it's a shame that all the fighters have the same cockpit without any sort of gunsight.
But just the idea of commanding a fleet of zeppelins and fighting between them in one of those fighters is enough to make it fun. At least for me.

I'm going to try this on my dos machine soon.

Go ahead, my experience with DOS is really limited so beyond some simple stuff I really don't know what I'm doing.
Bump

Me too.

Is that from the xbox game?

Yeah. There's a sequence where the Pandora and that other Zep btoadside eachother while flying around Chicago.
Any games with a Polikarpov I-153?

Not /vr/ but IL2 1946 and War Thunder both have it.
Why you'd want to fly that over a G.50 or M.C.200 is beyond me though.
And one last one.
