Lack of reset button does it for me. Between that 8-bit games tend to require resetting more often, and the fact that turning a Master System off and on requires you to sit through the intro screen, not having a reset button makes it quite a bit worse in my opinion.

Also personally I think the SMS 2 looks like a cheap kids toy while the SMS 1 looks badass.

The original SMS is the SR-71 Blackbird of consoles, with it's sleek angular black styling. Even the flowchart diagram is cool, in an 80's way, and reminds me of the one on this Kenwood "Galaxy Commander" (really it's name!) receiver from the era.

I really don't want to spend 100$ on a master system everdrive. I've been searching all over the place for a sega master system multi cart but I cannot find any. I wonder if I can commission someone from ali express to make one for me. They exist for NES (400 games in 1) for under 10 bucks, why not SMS ?
