Collectors pay more for them, as it is more complete.

I personally like how they look when you have the CDs lined up on a shelf, you can read the titles better as they're bigger, but most of them are always in japanese so that might be useless for people who can't read it.

I collect J-music more than video games, so I'm used to them.

Also, you likely need to have a plastic wrap for the CD case and the obi. Most people just store the obi inside the CD case.

They look pretty neat when the game's shrinkwrapped. If I had my jewel case games in those mylar cases I'd take them out of the manuals where I keep them and put them back on their spines
>>
Plastic sleeves would be fantastic for displaying the spine cards. I wonder if there are any retro stores that ship to EU.
>>
nice but a fucking hassle

pal sega megacd's also used them

I consider them part of the release if they originally came with one.

always chuckle when I see people having some Japanese games on sale, mark it as COMPLETE, but lack spine card and registration card.

I can take 'em or leave 'em. If a game I want doesn't have the spine card, it's not a deal breaker. It's just more crap that gets shoved inside the jewel case to stay out of sight anyway.

I think they are sexy because it shows how neat and tidy the Japanese people are. Here in Burgertopia we just throw all are game cases in the garbage or trade them into gamestop for callerdooty. Yes I am a weeb.

Yeah, Man and Corvette can't compete.
