I almost feeling like supporting people on the principle that they're making a game like this available to more people who might appreciate, but then I can't abide by sloppy port jobs. Guess I'll continue emulating and holding out for that Saturn copy.

The thing is you can emulate a Neo Geo well on fucking anything now, hell I could emulate it better on my Pentium 3 in 2000. The emulation is buggy entirely because they just didn't give a shit. These are the same people that released the Neo Geo X Gold, the same shitty emulator inside a console case for an extortionate price. They want your money for the smallest amount of effort possible.

It was all downhill after SNK merged with Playmore, honestly. They had a few more good games but they've really shown their true colours as a company.

Are you referring to the DotEmu people or just SNK in general?

And technically now SNK is in completely different management for whatever that's worth. Some Chinese company bought most of their stocks last year I believe, even changed their logo to remove the Playmore and go to the classic logo.

SNK in general. A degree of blame lies with the DotEmu guys, sure, but it's still SNK that owns the licenses and approves/distributes this stuff as far as I'm aware. Not surprised to hear they've changed management yet again, they seem to have been having constant issues for years.
