Is there any hidden gem that not even japan discusses it? Or games that never get a (fan) translation are not even worth?
I played Fire Striker with a friend and it's kinda fun. It's like breakout except instead of controlling a paddle, you control a character who can walk around and the maps of course are more complex.

Yeah Fire Striker is sick.
For which system? A lot early computer games were innovative for the time and were received well by fans and critics, but are rarely discussed today. Betrayal at Krondor, for example.
if no one discusses something how are we supposed to know about it

A E S T E T I C
Hidden gem coming through.

This is the hipster era. There's no hidden gems™ anymore, just systems you didn't bother to google about.

Betrayal at Krondor was an early-mid 90s game, calling it an early PC game though males me just feel old.
I do agree that not many people talk about it today, however I think party because it lacks some of the innovations/comforts games of this style have added since and it turns off today's gamer audience.

Whoa! Nice A E S T H E T I C S brah! It is most bodacious.

It's fairly early compared to a lot WRPGs that are still discussed regularly. I could've used some examples that are way older, but I like that game.

uhhh, yeah, 90's isn't early. 80s would be early. Lode Runner, Defender of the Crown, all the Pac-Man knockoffs, this stuff.
90's is beginning of modern era, with IBM PC as a product being discontinued and IBM PC compatibles becoming a standard instead, and stuff like third party 3D accelerators becoming popular and Windows becoming most popular operating system - which is a state that more or less continues to this day - hardly "early".
Generally - early computer games have worse graphics and sound capabilities than consoles, late (in term of retro games) have better capabilities than consoles (state that continues to this day).
