I don't think any game ITT so far was ONLY on Genesis & NES, I can't think of a single game like that come to think of it. Lots of games that got ports spammed across a zillion platforms incidentally ended up on both, though.

That was primarily a battletoads game. Sure, it was less punishing that Battletoads, and maybe even easier than Battlemaniacs, but it was a battletoads game.
Now, if Super Battletoads was blended with Super Double Dragon, or even with Double Dragon 3, then that would be a double dragon game.
