What's supposed to come with a 32X, it's got it's own power supply right? Anything else?

I'd say 32x, better games than the CD imo. The Everdrive is compatible with the 32x iirc (correct me if I'm wrong), so you'd have all the games you need right out of the box.

Oh shit. Is this why some random games are fucking super expensive despite not being rare or even particularly good? You can do what you want, and while that's economically sensible, I could never bring myself to do it. I might have over a few hundred bucks in retro software in my collection, but it just wouldn't be worth it to me, not when I could just budget myself in other places and probably save the same amount in a few month's time.
