Why don't they make games like this anymore? Survival horrors that rely on exploration and puzzle solving rather than sp00py corridors and jomp scares. It's why I wasn't too excited for Silent Hills anyway.

RE is easy, the puzzle retarded and the exploration minimal.
Is a good horror shooter, nothing more.
For example games like Forbidden siren, Rule of rose or the first two Silent hill are real survival

I never finished RoR but it was pretty damn easy for the first 3 or 4 hours I played

Indie developers do but it's not a genre that makes enough money to be worth it to big publishers now
