In every level you are trying to save prisoners before their chest bursts open. If you fail they show it over & over. Then the game over music is depressing. There is also the abattoir levels. Cow carcasses on meat hooks full of blood (which I think might reference deleted scenes) and face hugger eggs everywhere. The whole thing is scary.
