I really want to play this rom hack but I just can't for the life of me.

http://www.emuparadise.me/Super_Nintendo_Entertainment_System_(SNES)_ROMs/Super_Mario_World_(USA)/35787 here's where I got the rom.

I've tried soft patching it, I've tried using lunar ips, and I've used both zsnes and snes9x.

please help me.

Probably requires a header before you patch it. Use NSRT to add a header to the rom, then try patching it.
