Looking for stuff on SMWCentral to play on my 3DS on blargSNES. The fucking resolution is perfect so games look really great on it.
The problem is compatibility. I figure anything Higan/Real SNES compatible should work. List so far that seem to start up ok:

> Super Pika Land Ultra
> Super Mario Place
> Panic in the Mushroom Kingdom 1+2

> Mario vs. Bowser and Mighty Number 9
> Mario Gives Up 2
> Luigi and the Island of Mystery

> A Very Super Mario World
Currently playing through Super Pika Land Ultra. Great hack. The only other complete hack I've played to finish is Panic in the Mushroom Kingdom which is a favorite of mine and works great on blargSNES except one block (pic related) that freezes the game.
Any recommendations?

Anything that doesn't use an old version of AddMusic should work.
If you want to be safe, try hacks that don't change the music,.
Hacks released after 2011 should be playable, but some people didn't care enough and used the outdated AddMusic, so those are a gamble (still, I think the newest ones work without problems)
I haven't gone to SMWCentral on a long time, but maybe you should go ask there to be sure (they also have an IRC if you don't want to make an account)

Not too sure about the original, but the Second Reality Project Reloaded and the sequel both lock up for me on a Super Everdrive on a real SNES after about the first castle or so. I think Super Mario Bros 3X and SMW2+3 The Essence Star are the only two I've tested that work on real hardware.
