To clear up the confusion:

In the early 90's, George Wood had a public access tv show called "Flights of Fantasy". It featured game reviews. Navgr is a later company he owns or was involved with, and Navgtr owns the rights to the show. So they are the ones uploading it. I have no idea what Navgr actually does.

The show was mostly obscure, but it gained internet fame after the guys from Retsupurae mocked it.
