Post your favorites soundtracks nobody but you knows.

I'll start with Vajra (1993) by Datawest (makers of Rayxanber) for the LaserActive system. This is a rail-shooter on which you fight against a flying mecha. Being a laserdisc game, the game has a primitive CGI video playing while fighting, and it contains the music. Sadly, there aren't rips from it, so there is only the Laserdisc footage with the music.

Well, since Asterix is largely obscure to the users of this webside I'll post some Asterix goodness.

Asterix (NES)

Asterix (GB)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mTbJTjkpjcg

I think even to people who have actually seen Kirikou the PS1 game is obscure. It's a nice ambient soundtrack.

Geoff Follin's work is rather underappreciated, though he is just as fantastic as Tim.

Radikal Bikers was sadly never released, but the game and music got leaked to the public and it sounds amazing.

Litte Nicky on the GBC somehow ended up with a rather impressive soundtrack.

Damn now I want a real time strategy game based on Genocyber where you're trying to stop a Vajranoid attack.

Laser active preservation project has some other rips. I think rocket coaster maybe others.

Star Fox 2 has some kickass music. Such a shame the franchise's music turned so unbelievably shit in comparison on N64 and on. It even had a female composer, which seems pretty rare.

I think there were a good portion of VGM composers around the late 80s-early 90s that were female. Not only composers, but some really good composers. There was one who did some of the first best konami soundtracks for machines (I know that's super generic and ambiguous but I can never remember japanese names) as well as the woman who did a lot of the street fighter music.

That's Yoko Shimomura, who went to compose for Squaresoft and now is freelance.

Also there is Tamayo Kawamoto, who also started on Capcom before joining Zuntata
