My favorite part about that battle is that he's programmed to send out everything but Tyrannitar in a completely random order, so you can very easily go through the whole battle without seeing any of his doubles combinations.

I think he's programmed to start with Slowking and Slaking when you fight him for the first time, though. I've played Colosseum about three times and all three times that was his starting duo.

Google any random Youtube video of the fight and you'll see that he never leads with the same two Pokemon. He can end up doing all sorts of stupid shit like letting his Salamence die before his EQ spamming Machamp hits the field, send out Slowking first and Slaking last, or use Baton Pass Scizor as his last non-Tyranitar Pokemon.
