Both. I hope GF doesn't completely abandon cross-gen evos. I'd prefer to not have too many Stantlers around.

I prefer having a ton of new Pokemon, like 3 and 5, but we're not going to get a lot of Pokemon like that anymore. But my ideal Dex would have a ton of new Pokemon, but also include cross-gens, variants and megas. Like,

>65+ completely new Pokemon
>10-15 cross-gen evos
>15+ regional variants
>10+ new megas

I think we need any new Pokemon at minumum, though. Kalos's main game suffered hard from only introducing 72 Pokemon, and from its poor utilization of megas.

Honestly, we don't need to have so many Pokemon with repeating roles. We don't need shitmon regional birds and rodents every gen. They should just recycle the ones we have and give them a new Mega/variation to spice things up.

new regional forms are fine, just make their appearences make sense (no gay hair cuts or tie-die shirts.) and not just from Kanto/Gen 1.

2020 release, 120 new mons/UBs/forms/cross-evos. Actual care put into game, fighting-flying-rock type loop, a mega Flygon for fucks sake, a few other megas, and a poison type legendary. Very wishful thinking, I know.
