A redesign for Lillie wasn't going to happen; she's the designated female lead of the anime, and she has tons of merchandise being made of her. There are already two different versions of Lillie on the market; anime Lillie is differentiated either by her Vulpix or by not wearing her hat.

Those are alternate story, you can see this because in the cutscene where they appear, Hau appears with Hala, while he's supposed to be with you when this happens in SM

That's not how it works, models are made directly with the clothes on it, otherwise it would cost a lot of rendering power if you have to do this with every npc

The main difference between this game and Platinum and that we have BW2 preceding USM, which set the standard for re-release games higher. It brought enough new content to warrant the second purchase. This so far really doesn't, in my opinion.
