Well, fuck... Never had a legit Celebi in game, so I guess I'm buying Gold or Silver. (Was thinking about buying one of them anyway, this just hammers it home.)

Will I be able to transfer it to Ultra Sun or Ultra Moon with PokeBank later if I want to? Don't think I can wait to the launch of those games to redeem the code.

I preordered it on the eshop, you get the code by mail in a separate mail.
There is a code for the theme and one for the Celebi.
You can get the theme right off the bat, for celebi the code will start to be operative next week on the 22nd
