I've been finding myself on pokemondb more often lately. Bulbapedia is too much scrolling past stupid shit, and the way things are organized on Serebii is just irritating to navigate.

Veekun is the higher patrician option.

Patrician. Its the least cluttered and easiest to quickly google. I can just type "(pokemon's name) db" and get to where i want.

Smogon is honestly terrible for moveset data, it just shows all the moves in a big list. Doesn't make a huge difference, but because it doesn't say what the source of a move is (tutor, event etc.), often I'll accidentally make illegal sets and have to start from scratch

The webmaster of Pokebeach is just retarded in general. He has a site that specializes in the TCG and is apparently well known in the TCG circles as the go-to source, but he insists on trying to run a general Pokemon info site instead of a pure TCG one for some reason. This is entirely his fault though. He had to put that stupid watermark on every scan because "waaaaahh stop postimg MY scans elsewhere without giving ME credit". If he had just left the watermark off his scans, he'd have a decent case against copyright claims. Instead he had to add it and claim them as his property.

Depends. I use Serebii for news or quickly looking through pokearth and such when doing game runs. When I need things more organized for searching I use Bulbapedia.

I always used Bulbapedia solely because it's the first thing to come up on Google when searing a Pokemon, I also dislike Serebii's layout for their dex.
As for the news, as one anon put it, /vp/ is a million times faster at posting news than any other site.
