I was 14 at the time of RS's release and already knew about Braille like any well-read person. I went to library and borrowed appropriate book to decipher the text. The Idea was neat, but I found the conditions themselves stupid, the one with Relicanth and Wailord specifically.

If you didn't recognize what braille was at that age, whether you could read it or not, you're probably a certified retard at this point. Any kid could have saw that shit, got a dictionary, looked up the braille alphabet, wrote it down, and then translated it on their own.
