My main issue with this is that Remoraid looks way more like a gun than Octillery looks like a turret. Remoraid has the shape, the color, and the markings of a gun. Octillery has the vague shape of an artillery gun (upward facing barrel, 2 front legs with 4 supporting back legs), but the body doesn't match it at all, the color's all wrong, and markings don't make sense for a turret (what are those yellow spots other than suction cups?).

It's like someone designed a really cool fish/gun hybrid, and then someone said "Hey that's really cool! We should give it an evolution, though, to make sure it's not a total shitmon." And then they couldn't figure out how to expand on the idea, so they just gave an octopus DSLs and called it a day.

Here's a good alt evolution: Remoraid (a fish/gun) evolves into a barracuda/sniper rifle hybrid (a bigger fish/bigger gun), named Calibarra (caliber + barracuda)
