I need help, posting here and not on /wsr/ because I know you are kind and competents fellow /vp/oreons.
How can I patch platinum so I can get rid of trade evolution. I know there are some already patched versions, but:
1) I've already started a run, so I'll have to tamper shits anyway
2) I'm not playing in English and I prefer to keep playing in my language

Also I'm not very good at those kind of things. So, any help?

Maybe try using the Universal Pokémon Randomizer? It's mostly for randomizing games as its name suggests, but it also has an option to replace trade evolutions with regular evolution methods. You could probably just open up your rom, turn on the option to remove trade evolutions and ignore all of the other randomizer options, then save it and carry on playing.
