I really, really, like Ilima: I find both his personality and physical appearance extremely attractive and I'm severely disappointed that he didn't have a more prominent role in the game given how interesting he was in the little section we got to experience of him.

The moment I found out Ilima's Smeargle was specifically trained to counter your starter I was just completely blown away, I loved that they did that with him and thought he was going to get progressively more difficult and do interesting things- really push the boundaries of what normal Pokemon can do n' so forth.

But then we never fight Ilima again. We never get him at full strength and I think that's such a waste.

not my favorite character and he has those freaky fairy eyes, but he has a chill personality and owns a smeargle, so he's cool.
